All incoming fibers are expected to be skirted and fairly free of vegetable matter, etc. An extra charge of $25.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) will be added to fleeces that need to be skirted. (Please pull guard hairs on llama fiber before shipping)

When your fibers are ready, you will be contacted by telephone or email. Fibers should be picked up within two weeks. If you prefer your fibers to be shipped to you, payment (including shipping) must be received within two weeks. After two weeks, a storage fee of $5.00 per order per week will be charged.
